Adults take: 1 teaspoon 2 times daily.
Children 4 years and older take 1 teaspoon daily.
Hold the liquid under the tongue for 1 minute, then swallow. Do not take it with food or any other liquids. Take on an empty stomach 1 hour away from food.
For ingestion, use for seven consecutive days, then take a break for one week and begin again.
For nasal rinse, use 2 tablespoons for every 8 oz of water. Do not use a metal teaspoon; use a plastic spoon instead.
Shake well before using. Keep away from direct sunlight in a dark place.
