BCAA Energy 250g Maximize Hydration Natural Caffeine with Electrolytes Evolve
Mix 1 scoop (approximately 10g, about 1 heaping tablespoon) with 300–400ml of water and stir or shake until fully dissolved. For smaller servings, 1 teaspoon is approximately 3.3g. Consume 20–30 minutes before workouts or during exercise to support hydration, energy, and endurance. On rest days, it can be taken to aid recovery and maintain amino acid intake. Do not exceed 2 scoops per day and keep out of reach of children.
