Shipping Policy
Shipping costs are based on the size of your order and the shipping method you select. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday during business days, excluding observed holidays within the USA.
In addition to the USA, we ship to Canada and Mexico, Central and South America, and overseas. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination, and tracking information will be provided when available.
Orders shipped outside the USA may be subject to additional laws, regulations, import duties, tariffs, or restrictions. For this reason, your order may be delayed, returned to us, or undeliverable if the recipient cannot comply with local requirements.
All orders of $35 USD or more in the continental lower 48 U.S. states qualify for free standard shipping. Orders placed after 3:00 PM MST will be processed the next business day. Orders received on the weekend will be processed on Monday.

Return & Exchange Policy
Our priority is ensuring that all of our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are dissatisfied with a product in any way, you may submit a request for a return or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.
Before a return or exchange can be processed, please contact us to obtain a return authorization. Products sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted. All returns and exchanges must include the original box, packing materials, and labels to be properly processed.
Please note that returns or exchanges for international orders are not allowed. All international orders are final. Products purchased outside this website must be addressed to the original authorized wholesaler, as DealDuckie cannot control third-party resellers.
Returned items must be sent back using the same packing box in which they arrived. For orders containing multiple units of the same item, only one opened item may be returned. All other items must be returned unopened and fully sealed.
