Shipping Policy

  • Orders are shipped Monday through Friday during business days, excluding observed U.S. holidays.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM MST or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

  • All orders of $35 USD or more in the U.S. qualify for free standard shipping.

  • Shipping costs are based on the size of your order and the shipping method you select.

 

Tracking Included: Every order includes tracking information once shipped, so you can follow your package.

 

International Shipping

 

  • We ship internationally to Canada, Mexico, Central and South America, and overseas.

  • Shipping times vary depending on the destination, and tracking information will be provided when available.

  • Orders shipped outside the USA may be subject to customs fees. If any customs fee is required, the carrier will collect it from the buyer before delivering the package.

 

Tracking Included: International orders include tracking whenever available, depending on the carrier and destination.

 

Lost or Damaged Shipments

 

For lost or damaged shipments, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you in resolving the issue quickly.

Return & Exchange Policy

Refund & Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within the eligible return period.

 

Return Eligibility

 

Most supplements and vitamins are eligible for returns within 30 days, while select items may have a 15-day return window. Products such as electronics, cell phones, tools, sporting goods, home goods, and auto parts are eligible for returns within 15 days.

Return Requirements

 

To initiate a return, please contact us to obtain a return authorization. Do not send any items back without prior authorization from DealDuckie, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

 

All returned items must:

 

  • Be sent in the original shipping box

  • Include all original packaging, materials, and labels

  • Be in an appropriate condition based on the return reason

 

For orders with multiple units of the same item, only one opened item may be returned. All additional units must be unopened and fully sealed.

 

Exchanges & Damaged Items

 

If your order arrives damaged or if items are missing, we’re here to help.

 

Please take clear photos of the shipping box, packaging, and any damaged or missing parts, and contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you. Do not return the item without prior authorization from DealDuckie, as this may delay or affect the resolution process.

 

International Orders

 

All international orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges once they have crossed international borders.

 

However, if your package arrives damaged, broken, or with missing items, we are here to help. Please take clear photos of the shipping box, packaging, and any damaged items or missing parts. This documentation will help us assist you in submitting a claim with the carrier and working toward a resolution.
